I assume that your environment is twinax 5250 cards in your PC's? Can you copy the file from your PC to your AS/400 hard drive by mapping a drive to shared folders? They can you FTP from the 400 to itself? You wouldn't necessarily have to have a network. Or even a lan card yet.
