If you're using an externally-defined printer file, there is a DRAWER
keyword at the record format level. It only takes effect at a page boundary,
and obviously will only affect printers that 1) have more than 1 drawer
(tray) and 2) support the DRAWER keyword.

If you don't use the DRAWER keyword, then the OVRPRTF will do it (again only
if the printer supports it), but that requires closing the printer file,
applying the override, and opening it again each time you want to switch
drawers.
