RE: file merge dilemma

Guess I didn't know I had a good(?) work environment.  Except when designing
totally new systems, there isn't a lot of management oversight of the files
we create.  I just built a new production logical about 5 minutes ago.  I'm
going to delete it in a minute because I decided I don't need it after all.
(The file only has 5 records now and will grow by one or two records a
month.)
