I had an old F45 that was taken in trade for an upgrade.
We also had an expansion unit that held the DASD,
tape drive, 8" floppy (or however big that thing was) and
an external 8mm tape drive.

The 8mm tape was moved to our new box, and the rest
was stuck in a closet. After a few months of calling around,
I couldn't get anyone who wanted it. I even called a metal
scrap yard to pick it up, they never showed up.

I wound up dismantling it and tossing it in the dumpster
piecemeal. I woulda taken it home and stuck it in the
back yard for my kids to play in, but I take the train and
I don't think I'd have much luck getting it aboard 8-)

At this point you are probably looking more at how much
it will cost you to get rid of it, not how much someone will
give you for it.

Consider, would you take someone's 286 computer? I have
a Toshiba T1600 laptop that used to be my bosses. It has like
1 meg of memory, 20 megs hd, etc... I just keep it around because
it has an old version of norton disk doctor on it, and I use it
to revive defective floppies.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

Regards,

Jim Langston
