Scott,

You are right, those are the PTFs.  After backing these off, we have not 
encountered any problems.  That doesn't necessarily mean that either 
of those PTFs caused our problems, but they are strong suspects.   Our 
problems didn't start until well into the day so we cannot presume that 
either of these PTFs are the root of the problem.

I presume you actually mean MF23398 and MF23363.
