program.  They are tricky to write, and most of them that I have studied 
had bugs that I was able to flesh out very quickly.

I advise people to change QPWRRSTIPL to 1 only if they live in an area 
where power is typically reliable.  If you have doubts about your local 
power company, don't change this system value.  Also if you are going to 
through a weather crisis (e.g.:  hurricane or local flood) change it back 
to 0 until the coast is clear.
