Hi Carl,

Thanks for the suggestion.  I tried doing that.  It tells me there is no "Non 
Reporting Hardware".  I tried finding where to change the rack config 
and wasn't able to find it.  I was signed on as QSECOFR which I think 
has *service authority.  I'll have to check that for sure.  There hasn't 
been anything removed from this box.  I don't understand why IBM would 
ship the box with the rack config no where close to what it should 
actually be.  It's a standard box.  Nothing fancy except one additional 
com line was added at the factory. (as originally ordered from IBM).
