Mine does this too, in fact I can't even find the Management Central
server
program, QYPSSTRS in library QSYS at all. We are on V4R3, so maybe
it's not
        supported.

        Hi everybody,

Am trying to start the Management central from the Operation
Navigator, but
        it
neither starts nor it gives me any error display it just sits in the
Stopped
        Status.

Is there any hardware required for this ,if so how do I check
whether its
        there
        in my system or not.

        Can any one help me.

        Thanks
        Ravi
