Rick, Actually we did send them information from the IBM web site and from Midrange and AS/400 magazines related to this area. Apparently they could not read????? Yes, I must say that was the most bizarre one I have had to deal with as well. To top it off they attempted to shaft us on the billing that was already owed for the work we completed to this point. The VP of I.S. admitted he does not have a "strong" technical background and counts on the current consultant significantly for input. A "strong" technical background? How about even a "clue"??? That is why we provided the additional backup paperwork and asked that he please get another opinion. Lori.
