Nina,
We did have a heart to heart with the VP of I.S. - however - he opted to 
believe the
other consultant. You would think it might have occured to him that we had 
nothing to
gain and a project to lose by stating our feelings on the direction that was 
being
taken here and the other consultant had everything to gain by going that 
direction. Oh
well, you know what they say..."you can lead a horse to water.....".  At least 
we can
hold our heads high knowing we did what we felt was truly in the best interest 
of the
customer. I do not see how he could say the same.
