You can monitor the QTCP message queue.  When you start a PPP connection, a 
message is placed there
with the IP.

I have a CLP that monitors that queue and sends emails to certain users to tell 
them how to connect
to the 400 today.

I can post it here or elsewhere if anyone would want it.

Thanks for the code.  This will give the IP address of a PC either local or
at a remote site.  I'm looking for the IP address of the AS/400 connected
dynamically to the internet.
