If what your trying to do is get a restricted state, and you want to know 
when this has been accomplished:

1.      Issue the command ENDSBS *ALL *IMMED

2.      Loop on DLYJOB

3.      Reissue ENDSBS *ALL *IMMED

4.      MONMSG CPF1035 *n goto step 2.

5.      No message, and you're in  a restricted state.
