QSYS2 contains "optional" program products from IBM. The SNA CPI-C
modules, for example. It might only get installed when you select
licensed programs that go into it. Although we are no longer using stuff
in QSYS2 it was not uncommon to find AS/400 customers who did not have
it in their system portion of the library list. Just needed to load the
software and add the library.
