Ed,

I have seen the same error and it was that my enviroment was to small in my
config.sys file.   See below where E:32000

device=C:\WINDOWS\cwdinit.exe /W
FILES=80
SHELL=C:\COMMAND.COM C:\ /E:32000 /P


Also check your autoexec.bat  to ensure windows is starting after your sets
and not before.  example

SET LIB=C:\FRNROOT\LIB
SET INCLUDE=C:\FRNROOT\INCLUDE
rem ** Start Win/95 ***
call c:\windows\win.com

On AS/400:
If your using IP then ensure your port is listening, the default port for
Visual Info is 31015.  You could have a conflict if you are already using
this port.

New to this product - just installing

When we start the client side software we receive a 6529 reason code and we
fail to connect.  Any clues?  2 days into this & IBM Tech support has been
useless so far.
