Not to be a wise guy, but have you had one of these people actually sit in your seat and type exactly what you type? I've had confusions where we both thought we were typing the same thing but weren't quite. Also have you tried their profiles and failed? I'm on V3R7M0. Comparing all the other attributes of the user profiles (mine and test's) I see almost everything is set to *SYSVAL for both of us. This is strange. I think I"m going to try to copy MY user profile and use that and see what happens. This one really has me puzzled.
