There are some Work Monitor PTF's for V4R1/V4R2 to support QINACTITV: V4R1: SF47141 V4R2: SF45391 I believe you also need current PTF SF57180 for Telnet at V4R1 as well (V4R2 has Telnet updates as part of base).
