RE: IBM documentation

Hey, the book reader is sort of OK for a window$ 3.1 program that hasn't
been modified since 1994.  One thing for sure, it hasn't heard of preemptive
multitasking.  I haven't gone into an infinite loop with it yet, but I keep
trying.
