Yep, if *PUBLIC doesn't have access, then you need to grant authority to
object for QTMHHTTP.

You can do this using the CHGAUT command like this...

CHGAUT '/foldername/*' new authority.

so you don't need to change each one.  The stinky part is that this will
only do documents in the folder, not documents within a folder in the
folder.. make sense?  It's not recursive.

Also, when I upload new objects, I have to grant authority again.
