Hello Evan,

Yes, we have experienced a lockup such as you described.  In our particular 
situation, we had about the same symptoms but we do not run JAVA or domino.  
Our problem was finally diagnosed by doing a wrksysact command to find out 
what was processing outside of wrkactjob.  What we found was a job running in 
the background called V-XXXX and later found one of our technicians was 
trying to auto-connect a device with an incorrect TCP/IP address which made 
it go into retry.  This was when we were on version 3.07..
