Print your word document, scan it, then post the resulting GIF (or JPEG) file as your web page. Publishing a web page is not the same as publishing a hard- copy document. You can't count on the exact same formatting since you can never be sure of exactly how the document will be viewed on different browsers. For example, you have different screen sizes, different color depths, and that's not even getting into specific browser implementation differences. What many people do is convert their docs into PDF form, but that requires your visitors to print out the doc themselves. Cheers!
