Unless you create a duplicate object of this file from the QSYS library, it
will not be used. You can continue to do things the old fashioned way. It
has performance implications as a trigger is associated with the file. Using
SQL, you can manipulate the values assigned to the keys. This is similar to
a Java Properties file in that there is a reasonably descriptive key and a
parameter value field associated with that key.
