As long as the library of the physical file (and the physical file) is restored
prior to the logical file, then there is no problem.  While it is always easier
to have the *PF and their dependent upon *LF in the same library, as long as the
*PF library comes first alphabetically you will not have a problem.  The RSTLIB
*NONSYS command which I assume you are using at your DR site, will restore the
libraries alphabetically, which is the order that they were saved with the 
SAVLIB
*NONSYS command.

    So, you only need to find *LF which are not in the same library as the *PF,
AND the based upon *PF library comes AFTER the library of the *LF library.
