Reminds me of a true story.  There was some race that the USA and
Russia had in the cold wars.  USA won.  USA papers said something
like, "Race between USA and Russia, USA wins!"

Russian headlines read:
"Race with USA!  Russia came in second, USA came in
second to last!"

It's all marketing.
