NT to AS/400 file transfer -- MIDRANGE-L

I have a large number of files on an NT server that need to be moved/copied
on a daily basis to an AS/400.

The AS/400 and NT server are the only 2 machines on a 100mb ethernet line.
There is no IPCS or INS (or whatever the heck it is called today) on the
AS/400.

Any suggestions on the quickest way to do this would be most appreciated.

Essentially a program on the AS/400 needs to be able to process the data in
all the files in a specific directory on the NT server.
