Removing journal changes

 I'm new to journalling and am trying to remove the changes but they will
not rollback...all these are committed in a COBOL program and I have ended
journalling and this is the right library and the right journal name. Can
someone tell me what I need to do? Thanks in advance.

   however, there are no file members in the specified library that can be
used 
   for the apply or remove operation of journal entries using journal OEJRN
in  
   library OETEST.

 Recovery  . . . :   Change either the file name or the library name on the

   FILE parameter.  Then try the request again.
