John, I've not used a multiport jet box, but i recall this topic being brought up in the past and the solution at that time was changing the port number you directed your outq to. Don't quote me on this (check the archives) but it was something like jet output #1 used the default port 9001 and you had to explicitly assign output #2 to use port 9002.
