Sounds like a similar error CA/400 can have. In CA/400 under ODBC cfg
there is an option for EXTENDED DYNAMIC SUPPORT (AS/400 Disk cached SQL
cmds). These are called packages. Under CA/400 there are several options
on how to use them(read only, add/create, wrap when full etc) Sounds
like you are set to read only but the packages aren't there or at least
not where you are pointing
