For 3 months its been like this ?? !!

If you do a WRKOPBJPDM QSYS QHST* *FILE do you see anything ?
I'd assume not...

What do you think you did to get rid of them, by the way ? You can delete them
but the system generates new ones...

Even if you had the cleanup options set to 1 for System journals and system logs
your should STILL see something...

There is also the system value QHSTLOGSIZ which is normally at 5000.

Might be time to call IBM unless someone else has more info...
