Honestly, the division at V3R7 doesn't request a lot of upgrades.  We've run 
into no problems yet.

has that worked ok?  we're still at v4r2, and have some clients at v3r2
and v3r7.  i heard that there were some problems with that approach, so
we've been a bit leary of upgrading.
