Pat,

Expedite/400 is an IBM EDI translation product. I believe it may have
been developed in cooperation with Premenos (now Harbinger). You should
definitely contact IBM about the RISC version. Harbinger may also be
able to help you with information about the product - but I would start
with IBM first.
