So am I clear in understanding that this option does NOT display IP output
queues?  That is output queues without physical printer devices attached and
just just exist as a output queue pointing to a IP address.

It may be that you are confusing Printers with Output Queues. ie.
Ops Nav will show printer devices under the "Printers" and the
associated output queue. However, Output queue and printer
device may be different names. The display printers in Ops Nav is
equivalent to AS400 command WRKWTR.

eg. I cannot see output queue QPRINT in the list of printers as it is
associated with Printer Device MISP01. However, if I look at printer
MISP01, it shows me Output Queue QPRINT.

Otherwise, as IBM would suggest, download the latest Service
Pack from :
http://www.as400.ibm.com/clientaccess/casp.htm
