Jerry,
QAEZDISK is empty and RTVDSKINF can not be run from command line nor from a
CLP.  How do you execute this command?  Below you'll find the error message.

Command RTVDSKINF not allowed in this setting.
Error found on RTVDSKINF command.
Function check. CPF0001 unmonitored by ATEMPLATE at statement 3600,
  instruction X'000D'.
CPF0001 received by ATEMPLATE at 3600. (C D I R)
