Hey people:

Using QSECOFR, the problem is not security, lock, access etc because this
utility was run on a dedicated system.  For one, I have 295 libraries on the
system and 85 of them are empty.  All 210 remaining libraries reported
correct sizes.  The output since 8/24/99 has been accurate as far as
individual lib sizes and daily size changes.  I'm leaning towards
unavailable QTEMPs but not after IPL and a dedicated system...  Currently
I'm going to try Jerry's suggestion about RTVDSKINF.  Anymore clues or
suggestions?
