Hi Bob,

I am guessing from your mention of Client Access that you are using Shared 
Folders.  As of version 7.0 of Reflection for IBM we no longer include 
Netmanage Shared Folders (which is now part of a multi-component suite 
including Folders, Data Queues, and Remote Commands) on the shipping CD, but 
rather sell it separately for customers who require it.  I would bet that
you were told to use Client Access as it has Shared Folders as well.
