No problems as long as you follow the documention from the web-site.  I have 
done this about 4 times on various machines.  Just remeber to do a scratch 
install.

The vote is in...we are going to backup our 320 v3r2 this weekend and run a
system wide Y2K test.  We will then scratch and reload the system when the
test is over.  I have looked at the IBM y2k web site till I am blind.
Here's the question now that we are at the wire.  Has anyone ran into any
problems with a scratch and reload?  Has anyone to date ran into any y2k
issues I should be aware of that I may not have heard about or read about?
