Not a MONMSG, but you can RCVMSG to get the informational messages back.
Here's a quick hack:
PGM &IPAddr
DCL &IPAddr *Char 15
DCL &PktSent *Dec ( 9 0)
DCL &PktRcvd *Dec ( 9 0)
DCL &PktPct *Dec ( 9 0)
DCL &PktChar *Char 4
DCL &MSGID *Char 7
DCL &MSGDTA *Char 100
DCL &MSGF *Char 10
DCL &MSGFLIB *Char 10
Ping &IPAddr
InfoMsg:
RcvMsg MSGTYPE(*ANY) +
MSGDTA(&MSGDTA) +
MSGID(&MSGID) +
MSGF(&MSGF) +
MSGFLIB(&MSGFLIB)
IF (&MSGID *EQ ' ') GOTO NoMoreMsg
IF (&MSGID *NE 'TCP3210') GOTO InfoMsg /* Conn verif stats */
ChgVar &PktChar %sst(&MSGDTA 01 04)
ChgVar &PktSent %bin(&PktChar)
ChgVar &PktChar %sst(&MSGDTA 05 04)
ChgVar &PktRcvd %bin(&PktChar)
ChgVar &PktChar %sst(&MSGDTA 09 04)
ChgVar &PktPct %bin(&PktChar)
DMPCLPGM
NoMoreMsg:
RETURN
ENDPGM
