This same problem happened to my shop. Make sure you have the following
ptf's applied.
MF21893
MF21901
MF22358
MF22579
MF22598
MF22650
MF22651
MF22707
SF56155

Applying these fixed our problem. These are the tcp/ip stack ptf's.
