CA/400 help -- MIDRANGE-L

I'm using CA/400 V3R2 w/service pack SF53868.  I'm having two problems.
1) A user is getting a stack overflow error on CWBCST when they try to   
run a file transfer.

2) A different user is getting an add to library list error when they try   
to execute a file transfer.

Any insight into these problems would be helpful.  Also, can any one tell   
me how to default the CCSID to 65535 on file transfer.
