First, create a separate source file such as FTPSRC for holding the FTP
commands you want to run.  Obviously this could be any source file, but
making a separate one keeps things organized.

Next, create a member in the FTPSRC source using SEU that contains the FTP
commands you wish to execute.  Note that the profile name and passwords are
not encrypted, so you should secure the source file.  For example if you
wanted to FTP a file from an AS/400 library to a PC directory:

profile password
cd pcdirectory
lcd AS400Lib
put Filename
quit

Finally, in your CL Program:

             OVRDBF     FILE(INPUT) TOFILE(FTPSRC) MBR("ftpsrcmbr")     
             FTP        RMTSYS("system")

             DLTOVR     FILE(INPUT)

That should do it.
