Go to V4R3 or V4R4.  

Alternatively, if the source code was supplied, restore the source only (on
a V4R3 or V4R4 system), save/restore it to your system (will require a
SAVxxx specifying TGTRLS(V4R2) and recompile everything.  This suggestion
assumes no inter release differences.
