frozen active 5150 device off of 5394 -- MIDRANGE-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We have a 5150 device that is in active state hanging off of a 5394
controller.  The PC is powered down and the controller is powered down but
the device is still showing active.  There is no job associated with this
device.  How can we get it to see that it needs to recycle itself.  We are
on V4R1.  I seem to remember a PTF that allows you to "reqcquire" the
device so it can be varied off and back on.
