My old belt looked fine, but apparently developed a "set" from lack of use in all of the recent heat wave(which keeps me away from saw). I also did minor tune up of fence and guard/splitter.. I also went out and purchased a new Freud LU87 24 tooth thin kerf rip blade, which made a WORLD of difference in ripping that nasty old pressure treated 2x10's etc,etc.... I thought all the hoopla about thin kerfs was just that , HOOPLA, but no indeed, they do make a huge difference... I also ordered a set of machined pullys and a link belt, which ought to help out quite a bit <>>><>><><><> +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
