Ravi, You could try running ENDJOB OPTION(*IMMED) LOGLMT(0) against them. You can do this with option 4 from the WRKACTJOB command using F4 to prompt for the parameters. If that doesn't work try ENDJOBABN on them. If they still hang then you probably will be stuck with them until the next IPL.
