RPG and E-Mail? -- MIDRANGE-L

I've been tasked to look into the possiblility of having an RPG/CL Program
trigger e-mail messages.  The information generated on certain reports would
be better utilized by salesmen in the field, when the necessary conditions
happen. As usual, I said "Sure! No problem!", knowing full well I had no
clue where to begin.  If some of you seniors could throw this junior a bone,
I'd appreciate it!
