WSU actually started on the S/34.  I remember my SE telling me at S/34
SSP release 3 in 1979 to stay away from WSU because he didn't think it
would (or should!) last as a product.  It did make it to the S/36, but
I'm not surprised it was not supported by the S36EE of the AS/400.
