This is not saying that folks with credentials or 100 years of experience don't know what they're doing, it's just that it isn't impressive anymore to see "35 years of experience on the AS/400" or whatever. Things change too fast these days for this to mean much anymore. I started putting in my bio and resume that I have 20 years of programming experience. I'm only 28. I do, in fact, have 20 years of programming experience. I was hackin away on an TRS-80 when I was 8. Rakka-Tu got boring so I started writing my own games.
