Perhaps you want to get a board removal on the agenda for the business
meeting. When you look at the financials you will see that COMMON:
(a) Lost about 2,000,000 last year.
(b) Lost money on the COMMON Regional Events. (Remember when they said
these made money!?)

This explains why they wouldn't show me financials in 1988!

Last I checked, there was no provision for a "business meeting" of the
members in COMMON's bylaws.
