Dennis,

 Correct you are, however many answers dove off into what else might
be needed and when, and what functions need a license on the AS/400. 
In many cases there was missing or incorrect information in those
pieces of the answers.  Sorry if I implied that no-one had answered
the question correctly, rather I meant that much incorrect information
had been let out along the way.

 I have alsways found it interesting how a simple question morphs over
time into a discussion and occasionally into a completely different
topic altogether. This is generally good, but one must be carefull
that the answers match the question at the time they are given.  That
is why based on the time of the answer, we both are correct.
