Try writing a cl to dspobjd lib/*all to outfile. Then ftp to folder on 400
or PC server. This gives you a fixed format that you should be able to
import to access. Watch out for packed fields. I don't think ftp unpacks
them correctly. Do any others know?

I want to download a couple hundred Files to Access or DBF. They are located
in about 4 libraries.

Is there a way I can "mass download" them?

I don't want to have to create a client access tranfer for every file if I
don't have to.
