SPLTOOL will allow you to download *SCS spooled files to your PC with FTP,
shared folders, or the IFS.  IT will even format them into web documents if
you use the .htm or .html extensions.  Batch options are available as well.

I have many people using SPLTOOL to download and burn spooled files onto
CDs.

A manager at my present site is looking for a COMPARE utility to compare
both source and data files.  We are using a 'non-matched' query at this
time.  Is there anything inside OS/400?

Another request was for a methid of saving spool files, either to a PC,
tape or maybe CD.  Also, ths ability to view a spoolfile on a PC (without
an AS/400 connection) would be an integral part of the solution.
